Hi Anantha, the only way I can think of to do this is to do it for every call by turning on forwarding. When forwarding is enabled all calls will automatically be forwarded to another telephone number.

Hi,
I have one query about unattended Transfer. Is it possible in eyebeam to perform unattended Transfer without sending hold invite?

Now when we perform unattended transfer i.e when we first click Xfer button, the call leg is holded and after entering the number and pressing Xfer again sends REFER message.
Is it possible to bypass that hold message and send REFER message directly in eye beam?

Hi, at the moment you can make calls to Qatar (+974) from as little as 16.18ppm excluding VAT. Note: this is based on the lowest off-peak rate to this country code.

Hi Marc, it depends on whether you are looking for remote listen in to calls, or you don't mind sitting next to the caller and listening in. If you are sitting next to your sales guy, you could use 2 3.5mm jack headsets and a splitter to listen in:

Hello,

I have been using Voip advantage for a few months now for my own sales calls.

I have now started a few sales guys and will be looking to have up to 30 users active as of next week.

I am currently using simple soft phones (eyebeam) to connect and make calls.

Basically I'm looking for a way to monitor (listen in) to calls as they are made. The record function is great but the ability to listen in to calls would be great.

I'm curious to find out if there is a way to do this through the hosted voip or using the Counterpath softphones installed, without installing a soft PBX like 3cx to route the calls. If not then what would be the cheapest option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Marc

Hi, sounds like your eyeBeam is not sending button presses/tones through DTMF correctly. On eyeBeam dial ***7469 to access the settings. Then filter for DTMF and/or 2833. One of the following DTMF choices should be enabled. Try enabling each one and seeing which works with your SIP provider:

To send DTMF in INFO SIP method
system:dtmf:force_send_in_band = 0
rtp:2833:enabled = 0

To send DTMF using RFC 2833
system:dtmf:force_send_in_band = 1
rtp:2833:enabled = 1

To send DTMF as tone:
system:dtmf:force_send_in_band = 1
rtp:2833:enabled = 0
