Gradwell, 2010 ISPA Award Winners: Best Internet Telephony

We’re very pleased to congratulate our VoIP platform provider Gradwell who have become 2010 ISPA Award Winners: Best Internet Telephony.

The Internet Industry Awards, now in their 12th year, recognise the best individuals and organisations in the UK internet industry, following laborious testing and an independent judging process by broadband communications authority Epitiro, as well as celebrating innovation and best practice.

ISPA stated that along with providing the best network for voice traffic, use of new media and clear communication with customers made Gradwell the worthy winner.

We’ve always taken great care to listen to our customers and using their suggestions and feedback we have invested significantly in improvements to our service over the last few years. Winning this category is therefore extremely important to us, independently verifying to the industry that our service is being recognised.”

Matt Townend, managing director of illume Consulting, who monitor the UK VoIP market, added: “Gradwell have demonstrated strong growth in the SME segment of the market, reaching a 23% market share in the 1-10 employees segment of the market for March 2010.”
