We had one user report that their outbound calls were all being cut off after 20 seconds.
The issue was raised with Draytek, they got us to test with a softphone and that worked fine, therefore the problem was with hard/desk phones. We did some IP packet monitoring and sent the traces to Draytek. They believe it’s a problem with their routers.
In the meantime, we tried disabling the outbound proxy (NAT) and set-up STUN instead. Now the phones all work!
