From a VoIP handset:
To listen to any voicemail messages for your extension, dial *1
Some handsets alert you with an audible and visual notification that voicemail is waiting (for example, an intermittent dial tone, or an envelope may appear on the screen)
From any handset connected to VoIP Advantage you can dial 185 and enter your mailbox number followed by your PIN to login
From outside our VoIP system
To listen to voicemails please either dial 0870 861 6661 or 01225 800 899 and enter your mailbox number and the PIN number.
Or, from the Control Panel at https://voip.voipadvantage.co.uk/login/ voicemails are available by clicking on the Voicemail menu on the side of the screen, from here you can review your voicemails. You can also purge your mailbox or delete individual voicemails.
