ACT!

We recommend the Ninja softphone for integrating with ACT!. You need the Ninja Private or Ninja Pro version (with TAPI functionality) in order to get dial out from ACT!. In ACT! go to Tools and then Preferences and select X-Phone Multi Line and then okay to configure it.

Watch out, the ACT! database may default to adding the USA country code to contact telephone numbers, which will cause ninja phone to give an error (unless of course you’re dialling a USA number). This dial code setting needs to be changed in ACT!.
