We’ve just launched another customer-suggested feature: hot desking.
Hot desking allows you to quickly setup a VoIP phone, then log in and out of your extension from that phone. This means that if you wish employees to frequently work from different desks or even different locations, they only need to remember their seven digit extension and PIN code to use their number.
Users can quickly and easily log in without having to access the phone configuration screen, enter their details and setup their extension before they can use it.
