Pete Jenkins, Managing Director or VoIP Advantage interviews customer Daren Howarth of C LEVEL:
Pete: Hi Daren, you've been using VoIP Advantage for a while now and I wondered if you could spare a few minutes to answer some questions about the services you receive?
Daren: Sure, if it doesn't take too long.
Pete: Excellent, I'll keep it short. What products and services are you aware that you get from us?
Daren: Routing.
Pete: Why is this of benefit to you?
Daren: Calls come in to my [London and 0870] numbers and are routed to me on my mobile. I'm in France 90% of the time at the moment, and am on a building site right now. I've already taken a couple of calls today. I've spent the last 8 months working on an ecohome in Brittany. In fact it's going to appear in the next series of Grand Designs, going out in February. It should be the 4th episode. We've even set up a website for the project at http://www.groundhouse.co.uk.
Pete: How are you connected to the internet from there?
Daren: A broadband line from Orange France. It's not very good. We're using JAJAH to make outgoing calls. This connects our local landline to the end caller.
Pete: Does our product save you money? Can you quantify it?
Daren: I don't think you're saving us money as such. However, I took a call in spring 2007 through the service, and this eventually became the biggest client we've ever had. I don't know whether this would have happened if they'd just got our answer machine.
Pete: Is there a feature that you would like added to our product?
Daren: Nothing I can think of.
Pete: What is your overall impression of our product?
Daren: Very professional and it works.
Pete: How would you rate our customer service?
Daren: Very good.
Pete: Can you think of anyone else who could benefit from our service?
Daren: I have referred a few people to you over the last year, as it crops up.
