Pete: Hi Tim, you've been using VoIP Advantage for a while now and I wondered if you could spare me a few minutes to answer some questions about the services you receive?

 

Tim: Okay, go ahead.

 

Pete: What products and services are you aware that you get from us?

 

Tim: An international phone number, a few UK phone numbers, a fax to email number and we bought hardware from you.

 

Pete: Which of our products is of particular benefit to you and why?

 

Tim: All are good, we are particularly pleased with the call quality and your competitive hardware prices.

 

Pete: How many broadband lines do you have and of what quality & speed are they?

 

Tim: Two broadband lines, a Be Broadband (recommended by you) and a BT line. We get 10 Mb download and 2Mb upload from the Be Broadband line.

 

Pete: How many people in your organisation use our products or services?

 

Tim: About 16 people.

 

Pete: Are all your users of our products based in one location? If not, where are the other users based?

 

Tim: All are here in one office, except 1 person who just moved to Cornwall and is using a softphone to connect. It can be disconcerting when the phones ringing here suddenly stop, as it's just been answered in Cornwall, as we forget she's there!

 

Pete: Is there a feature that you would like added to our product?

 

Tim: Nothing I can think of. For future users we are moving more towards using softphones rather than desktop phones. The software is cheaper than the hardware and our users all use headsets, so they might as well be plugged into the softphone rather than the desktop phone. The softphones seem to have all the same features.

 

Pete: Does our product save you money over your previous supplier?

 

Tim: You're probably saving us money, and the quality is better. Some of which may be due to the better broadband line we've now got.

 

Pete: What is your overall impression of our product?

 

Tim: Very good. I've already recommended you to my friends.

 

Pete: Indeed, thanks a lot for that. Finally, how would you rate our customer service to you?

 

Tim: Very good.
